For visitors and societies a golf day at Gosfield has always been a popular choice. Many visitors and societies visit each year, some more than once per annum. The courses are mature and each year additional investment is made to ensure the quality of golf is excellent.

Visitors are assured of a warm welcome in the clubhouse with good food and friendly bar staff. Special rates apply in early and late season for individual golfers or small groups.

Societies can select the package they require, which meets their budgets requirements. A number of options can be arranged from a full day including breakfast, lunch, dinner, 36 holes and a presentation table or a less demanding day with a light lunch, 18 holes of golf and drinks during an informal presentation.

There are two courses at Gosfield, the Lakes Course and the Meadows Course.  Both courses were designed by Sir Henry Cotton, with the 14th hole on the Championship Lakes course being his favourite. The Meadows course was built to allow newcomers to golf or juniors to enjoy golf over a shorter course without too many hazards to spoil the score or the enjoyment.

Golf buggies and golf trolleys are available for visitors to hire from the Professional. Please call in advance to reserve buggies. Smart golf wear is required.
